1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using fortisingeniumratio.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), the Privacy Policy, the Return & Refund Policy, the Subscription Agreement, and the Official Rules governing the Fortis Dividend Program™. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. GENERAL USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • interfere with website functionality,

  • engage in fraudulent activity,

  • violate applicable laws,

  • attempt unauthorized access,

  • misuse Membership or Promotion entries.

A2B Inc. may revoke access for violations.

3. E-COMMERCE TERMS

A2B Inc. sells merchandise and digital products through the Website.

3.1 Pricing

Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments or approved third-party processors. We do not store full payment details.

3.3 Order Acceptance

We may cancel or refuse orders for fraud prevention, errors, or policy violations.

3.4 Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited. Disputes must follow Section 16 (Arbitration).

4. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Membership in the Fortis Membership Program™ is governed by the Subscription Agreement.

Membership includes:

  • $14.99 CAD monthly fee

  • 10% product discount

  • early access to drops

  • member-only promotions

  • free/discounted returns

  • 1 automatic entry per billing cycle

  • 1 Quarterly Loyalty Entry (if active all quarter)

Membership fees are non-refundable.

5. FORTIS DIVIDEND PROGRAM™ (SWEEPSTAKES)

The sweepstakes is governed strictly by the Official Rules.

Key elements include:

  • quarterly draws

  • tier-based prize pools

  • profit-verified amounts

  • CPA certification

  • a segregated Promotional Fund Trust

  • no purchase necessary (NPN) entry

  • equal odds for all entries

  • winner verification

The Official Rules override these Terms in case of conflict.

6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (NPN)

Free entry is always available.
The NPN method provides equal odds to all other entry methods.

7. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy, compliant with:

  • PIPEDA (Canada)

  • CCPA / CPRA (California)

We do not sell personal data.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content is owned by A2B Inc. or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable license for personal use only.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

9. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Website may contain links to external services. A2B Inc. is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service,

  • error-free operation,

  • accuracy of descriptions,

  • availability of products.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

A2B Inc.’s liability is limited to the lesser of:

  1. the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, or

  2. $100 CAD.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify A2B Inc. for losses arising from:

  • misuse of the Website,

  • policy violations,

  • unlawful behavior.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
Quebec residents may have additional rights.

14. ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Most disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited.

Class-action waivers apply (except where prohibited by law).

15. MODIFICATIONS

A2B Inc. may update these Terms prospectively.
No changes apply retroactively to completed transactions or ongoing Promotion Periods.
