TIER 0 LOYALTY BONUS POLICY


1. Purpose of This Policy

This Tier 0 Loyalty Bonus Policy exists to provide a goodwill benefit to eligible customers during any quarter where verified net profit does not meet the minimum threshold required to activate Tier 1 under the Official Rules of the Fortis Promotional Program.

This policy does not create a prize, contest, or sweepstakes obligation and does not modify the Official Rules.

 


 

2. Definition of Tier 0

Tier 0 occurs when the quarterly verified net profit, as certified by a designated accountant or CPA, is below the minimum threshold required to activate Tier 1.

Under Tier 0:

  • No prize pool is created

  • No winners are selected

  • No prize distribution occurs

This is explicitly stated in the Official Rules.

 


 

3. Loyalty Bonus (Non-Prize, Non-Sweepstakes Item)

During a Tier 0 quarter, Fortis may issue a Loyalty Bonus to eligible customers as a gesture of appreciation.
This bonus is not a prize, does not hold monetary value, and does not constitute an element of any sweepstakes, contest, or promotional offering.

The Loyalty Bonus may include one or more of the following:

  • Digital download pack (e.g., wallpapers, backgrounds, or similar non-monetary media)

  • PDF or digital guide

  • Priority access to future releases or drops

  • Discount code for future purchases

  • Brand updates or exclusive content

Fortis may adjust or modify these items at its discretion.

 


 

4. Eligibility for Loyalty Bonuses

To receive the Loyalty Bonus for a Tier 0 quarter, a customer must:

  • Have made a purchase during the quarter
    OR

  • Have an active Fortis Membership during the quarter

No purchase is required for eligibility; customers who submitted a valid Free Entry (NPN method) during the quarter will also receive digital Loyalty Bonuses.

 


 

5. Delivery Method

Loyalty Bonuses may be delivered via:

  • Email

  • Customer account portal

  • Download link via Shopify

  • Private access code or password-protected page

Fortis reserves the right to choose the delivery method.

 


 

6. No Substitutions or Cash Value

Loyalty Bonuses:

  • Have no retail value

  • Are not redeemable for cash

  • Are not transferable

  • Cannot be substituted for Tier 1–5 prizes

  • Do not roll over to future quarters

This ensures compliance with consumer protection and sweepstakes laws.

 


 

7. No Impact on Prize Tiers

Issuance of a Loyalty Bonus does not affect:

  • Prize tier calculations

  • CPA verification

  • Winner selection

  • Profit thresholds

  • Future prize activations

It is strictly a goodwill benefit.

 


 

8. Amendments

Fortis may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tier 0 Bonus Policy at any time without notice.
Changes do not retroactively affect previous quarters.
