1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All merchandise sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • size issues

  • preference changes

  • buyer’s remorse

  • incorrect address submissions

  • any non-defective item

This applies to all products unless otherwise required by law.


2. LEGAL EXCEPTIONS — DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We accept returns only for:

2.1 Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • misprinted,

  • malfunctioning, or

  • otherwise defective,

you may request:

  • a replacement, or

  • store credit.

Refunds are issued only when required by law.

2.2 Incorrect Items

If we ship the wrong item by mistake, we will:

  • replace it at no cost, or

  • issue store credit.

2.3 Time Limit

All defective/incorrect item claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.


3. MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

  • free/discounted returns

  • sweepstakes entries

Because benefits are delivered instantly:

Membership fees are non-refundable.
→ Cancellation stops future billing only.


4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES & REFUNDS

4.1 Entries Cannot Be Removed

Entries earned (purchase, subscription, or NPN) cannot be revoked due to refunds.

4.2 Abuse Prevention

Repeated or fraudulent claims may result in:

  • account termination

  • denial of future purchases

  • disqualification from the Promotion


5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

A2B Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
If a shipment is lost:

  • we will assist with the carrier claim

  • replacements or credits issued case-by-case

Refunds are not guaranteed.


6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital downloads are non-refundable and considered delivered once the download or email is available.


7. HOW TO SUBMIT A DEFECTIVE ITEM CLAIM
