Fortis Membership Program™
Operated by A2B Inc.

1. INTRODUCTION

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your enrollment in the Fortis Membership Program™, offered by A2B Inc. (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By subscribing, you agree to be bound by:

  • this Membership Agreement,

  • the Terms & Conditions,

  • the Official Rules of the Fortis Dividend Program™,

  • the Return & Refund Policy,

  • the Privacy Policy.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES & BILLING

2.1 Monthly Fee

Membership is billed at $14.99 CAD per month, automatically.

2.2 Renewal

Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future charges only.
Fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Active Members receive:

3.1 Sweepstakes Entries

  • 1 automatic entry per billing cycle

  • 1 Quarterly Loyalty Entry if active for all 3 months of a quarter

Entries have equal odds to all other entry methods.

3.2 Commercial Benefits

  • 10% discount on all merchandise

  • early access to limited releases

  • member-only promotions

  • free or discounted returns (as detailed in Return Policy)

  • priority handling (where applicable)

Benefits may evolve but will remain commercially substantive.

4. NOT A PURCHASE OF ENTRIES

Membership fees are paid for membership benefits, NOT for sweepstakes entries.

Entries are:

  • fixed in number

  • unrelated to the dollar amount paid

  • not purchasable separately

  • not linked to increased odds

This Program is a promotional sweepstakes, not an investment or security.

5. NPN ENTRY METHOD

A free, no-purchase entry option (“NPN Entry”) is available.
Membership is not required to participate in the Promotion.

6. CPA VERIFICATION & QUARTERLY TIMING

Prize pools for the Promotion are based on:

  • verified quarterly profit

  • CPA certification of tier

  • Application of the Corporate Floor

  • Promotional Fund caps

Membership entries apply only to the quarter in which they were earned.

7. TERMINATION BY SPONSOR

We may terminate Membership if:

  • fraudulent behavior occurs

  • payment fails

  • abusive actions are detected

  • required by law or platform rules

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

8. PRIVACY

Your personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy, compliant with:

  • PIPEDA

  • CCPA/CPRA

Data is not sold.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

A2B Inc.’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. ARBITRATION

Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
